CNN brought our attention to an actual tube tying incentive proposal.

As he continues to try to play God counting and judge people, I wanted to point out that this subject has been completely researched and explored and it was not pretty. Let’s be aware this time and not make the world more complicated or people’s surgeries, the governments business. Would they send an official with the women to the tube tying procedure? If not what a great hustle for the criminally resourceful poor person.

People needing $1000.00 that do not care about more babies are not weak cattle to be preyed upon. He is assuming that people are 100% genetic make-up and always turn out just like their parents.

As an apology to all women, I think maybe we should vote on a government instituted vasectomy for LaBruzzo and his close relatives (just the males). In a small way maybe this will help future generations to be beings of more substance, and have a soul. Too harsh? Ok maybe his choice of a few public lashings on the Jerry Springer Show or 1 mandatory month spent meditating and watching IFC. reading a basic college logic book before talking to CNN about your perfect motivated citizens incentive plan for the future of the UNITED states of America.
Has someone done a background check on this kids dad to make sure he is rich, clean and highly motivated? Louisiana, you can do better. Ridiculous.
I am sure he would see in retrospect that this proposal is just an association fallacy.
